International Recruitment Team Leader

The NHS Wales International Recruitment Programme is a ground-breaking “Once for Wales” collaborative initiative coordinated and delivered by the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership in partnership with Health Boards and Trusts.

Working autonomously and with minimal daily supervision, the International Recruitment Team Leader is responsible for the front-line, day-to-day operation and coordination of the central administration team who are responsible for the successful onboarding of internationally recruited Healthcare Professionals.

The Recruitment Advisor undertakes day-to-day administration of the recruitment process for medical and non-medical areas. The advisor ensures that all stages of recruitment for appointments within allocated divisions are carried out as per agreed standards and as set out in the All Wales Standard Operating Procedure.

Public Relations Coordinator

IEEE Kerala Young Professionals is a team of passionate IEEE volunteers who are in the early stages of their professional career. The team has made revolutionary contributions to the growth of IEEE Young Professionals in Kerala and has consistently strives to empower Young Professionals activities in India and South Asia by collaborating with fellow affinity groups in the Region 10. Over the years, our main focus was on helping the different sections of the society by providing technical and mentoring support. I coordinate public relations activities and marketing of the events, activities and initiatives.

IEEE CS Compute is the official newsletter of the IEEE Computer Society in India. It presents the prime trends and the major developments in the field of computer technology and promises to keep its wide range of readers hooked through its innovative themes. It also features interviews and events happening under different student branches across India. I have lead a team of vibrant volunteers from all over India. Coordinated all the activities from planning to publishing.

Scholarship Outreach Initiative is a global initiative to help aspiring volunteers and guide them in many ways to craft a winning application for their dream scholarship by the IEEE Computer Society. The main objective is to create global awareness about the prestigious scholarships offered by the IEEE Computer Society.I have lead a team of volunteers across the globe. Planned and initiated activities to promote the scholarships and also helped the aspirants in submitting their applications.

IEEE CS Student Young Professional Activities Committee, India is a volunteer driven body that coordinates the IEEE CS Student and Young Professionals activities in India under the IEEE Computer Society SYP MGAB. Its primary aim is to assist and coordinate the activities of IEEE CS Students & Young Professional Community across India, in order to benefit mutually, and avoid duplication of effort and resources.

Kaizen is the national level technical symposium organised by IEEE SB CEM. I have organised and coordinated te event, which had more than 250 participants across different parts of the country.

Kerala Section Lead

The IEEEXtreme Programming Competition is an intense 24 hour global programming competition pitting the students of the world against each other. I have coordinated all the student ambassadors from Kerala Section to promote the competition and also helped the participants.

Evensia is the flagship event of IEEE CS SB Chapter College of Engineering Munnar. I have coordinated the state level intercollegiate event which had participation from students all across Kerala.

It will be a home for the students and professionals of different student branches across the nation. Its scope is to serve as the platform to enhance the learning, professionalism, leadership, teamwork in every single individual of IEEE and IEEE Computer Society.

Volunteered for the College Training and Placement Cell for 4 years. Served as the duty head in the third year and as a mentor in the final year. I have helped in organising the placement drives at colleges and also helped the students in achieving their dream jobs.
